NEW PILATES BEGINNERS COURSE AVAILABLE TO BOOK NOW
This 6-week course starting 20th February 2018 offers a step-to step introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates, with our master Pilates teacher and back specialist.
During the first 4 weeks, you will get to grips with the fundamentals of Pilates, work on easing back pain, focus on controlling hyper mobility, strengthen core muscles and generally tone your body.
First 4 classes are going to be on following dates:
Feb 20th / Feb 27th / March 6th / March 13th
After you have completed the 4 weeks, you will be able to join 2 Pilates Beginners classes to put everything you have learnt into practice.
Choose the class for the 5th and 6th week from:
Monday 6PM / Wednesday 10AM / Saturday 9:30AM
