When you join the club I will ask you to write me a true diary
of your eating habits and drinking habits for a week, writing down
everything you eat or drink no matter how small or insignificant
it is. In order to have a true reading you must write these down
as you go along and not at the end of the day. Also in the diary
what time you ate or drank, and what activities you did throughout
the day. I will then analyse them to see what your diet is lacking
and what you need to change. I will take on board your weight, build
and height and age to design a Nutrition and lifestyle package unique
to you. If followed correctly the weight will come off and stay
off.
I will be following you throughout to make sure you continue to
see results, and make appropriate changes if and when necessary.
Then when you are happy with your new self, I will guide you into
the maintenance stage, but by then you will have changed your lifestyle
and will feel so good there will be no way you can go back.
