In our fast-paced lives we often struggle to be fully present. Most of the time we find ourselves dwelling on the past or anticipation the future. Sadly, this circumstance not only let us miss a great deal of valuable moments, it also affects the way we relate to others, the way we interact and communicate. This workshop focuses on key aspects of living and loving as described in the Buddhist tradition. Simple techniques will be explored to establish a more mindful, heartfelt way to live and love everyday.   

No matter if you are new to mindfulness and its practice or what to deepen or refresh your experience, this workshop will offer a peaceful and inspiring time.
