When summer arrives the juggling act becomes even more tricky with kids home from school and involved in extracurricular activities.
But finding the time for a regular physical exercise activity is so important that it should be a priority place on your calendar. A parent needs to exercise not only for themselves but also for their kids benefit.
At Shaping Futures kids have the opportunity this summer to be involve in fitness activities with you, allowing you to stay fit as well as them.
throughout this Summer they can become your fitness partner and you both will enjoy quality time together doing something to benefit both.
Classes available for them to joining with you are:
Pilates for beginners – Mondays 18:00 – 19:00 (10 year +)
Stretch & Tone – Thursdays 10:00 – 10:45 (10 years +)
Barre – Saturdays 11:00 – 11:45 (12 years +)
Spin Class – Sundays 10:30 – 11:15 (12 years +)
