Stretch & Tone



We use weighted balls, bands, rings, exercise balls… every session is different.  The class focuses on toning and strengthening using Pilates techniques with the versatility of using different pieces of equipment to add variety.   We add stretching techniques to the class to keep you flexible.  We literally Stretch & Tone.

Body Power


This class will help you transform your body shape using free weights – plates and barbells.Body Power is a form of resistance training which focuses on low level weights but high repetition volume, helping you burn through calories whilst gaining strength.Body Power is highly effective, working all your major muscle groups in the one session as you squat, press, lift and curl.

Classical Ballet builds strength throughout the whole body and helps to develop flexibility. During this fun, friendly and welcoming class, you will start with a series of exercises at the barre, progressing to travelling movements and sequences in the centre, using a wide variety of music for motivation. Each exercise is created to physically work the entire body, and will also enhance your memory retention. The class is designed to develop many skills including balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility, muscle tone, stamina and fitness.

This class is suitable for anyone aged 16+ who has little or no experience.Clothing should be comfortable, nothing too loose. Ballet shoes or socks.

Gym Circuit Training

Gym Circuit Training an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary from two to six depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), your period of training (preparation or competition) and your training objective.

Our dance instructor Rachel will teach your child all varieties of dance.  Keeping the classes fun and encouraging, your child will feel they are a member of a dance crew.

 This class will build up a sweat and get you sculpting your entire body.

 We take a ballet inspired workout combined with Pilates and cardiovascular intervals of strength and endurance training and complete it with stretching to achieve a gorgeous long, lean muscles and a toned body. The result is a proportionately sculpted body that looks and feels amazing.

 This class can be modified for any level of fitness.
