I am currently training towards my Personal Training Masters.
I have battled my own weight issues throughout my three pregnancies and have since lost over 5 and half stone. As the weight started to come off I realised I had a passion for exercise and fitness and wanted to study the science behind it. And now I want to pass that knowledge along to others and help them achieve their own goals whether that is weight loss, increased fitness or sports specific training. There is nothing better than seeing someone achieve their goal whether that is those last few pounds or stones or seeing someone complete their first 5k or a marathon.
I believe each client is unique and will tailor each plan to that persons own specific needs, setting small goals along the way and using a variety of techniques and equipment to overcome that plateau and boredom that can often set in.
I am available to train you in our studio situated in durham city centre or in the comfort of your own home.
